System Schedule
Loan Guarantee Systems are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM MST. Loan Guarantee Systems include the
College Access Network
mainframe system as well as access to the guarantee system via the website.
StudentLoanOnline™ is available to users 24 hours a day. Data from StudentLoanOnline™ is sent to the mainframe system every Monday through Friday at 9:00 PM to be included in daily loan guarantee processing.
Loan guarantee and disbursement processing occurs Monday through Friday. There is no batch processing on Holidays. Activity that falls on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Help Desk is available Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded) from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM MST.
